Are Your Products Natural?

For example, vitamin C is often stabilized in the form of vitamin C phosphate, making it more resistant and effective for the skin, even though it is no longer strictly "natural."

Most of our products are paraben-free. However, some JANSSEN COSMETICS cosmeceutical products contain certain parabens in safe, regulated concentrations. We carefully select preservatives to ensure product safety while minimizing potential allergens.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, several of our product lines are designed for sensitive skin. However, we always recommend testing a new product on a small area before full application.

Store products in a cool, dry place, away from direct light. The shelf life after opening is indicated on each package with an open jar symbol and a number representing the recommended months of use.

Do your products contain fragrances?

Yes, our products contain fragrance in controlled quantities, ranging from 0.01% to 0.5%, depending on the formulation.
